For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "gz777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the gz777 platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities responsible for the operation of gz777.io.
• "Platform" means the gz777 website accessible at gz777.io, including all betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, account management features, and support services made available thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gz777 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered gz777 player account created in accordance with the registration procedures described in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's gz777 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), comprising real-money deposits, confirmed winnings, and any credited bonuses subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, live dealer game, or other outcome made available through the gz777 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or reload bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by gz777 under a specific promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount of real-money bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional offer.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the gz777 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or gz777 policy.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, from which date these Terms & Conditions apply to all existing and new gz777 Accounts.

Access to and use of the gz777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. gz777 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy. Individuals under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform in any capacity.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship order, or other restriction that prevents you from entering into contractual obligations.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended gz777 Account. Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one Account at any given time.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or close family member of a gz777 employee or affiliated partner entity where such relationship creates a conflict of interest in relation to use of the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order that you yourself have requested through gz777's responsible gaming tools. Self-excluded players must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period.
• Accurate Information: All personal information you provide to gz777 at registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. gz777 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

gz777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full functionality of the gz777 Platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a gz777 Account by completing the registration process at gz777.io/gz777-login.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or other supported channels). You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gz777 will never request your password through any communication channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials is your sole responsibility, irrespective of whether it was authorised by you, unless you have notified gz777 of unauthorised access promptly upon discovery.

gz777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration of an Account does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform; gz777 may suspend or close an Account at any time where these Terms are found to have been breached.

All financial transactions on the gz777 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). gz777 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your Account:

4.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made using approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. gz777 charges no deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which gz777 accepts no responsibility. Deposits are normally credited to your Account within 30 seconds of confirmed receipt from your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your Account dashboard subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account identity verification is complete; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met; (c) your withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money Balance; and (d) your withdrawal request is submitted to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless gz777 expressly authorises an alternative method in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are normally processed within 2–3 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits. gz777 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits to individual Accounts. Where such limits apply, they will be communicated to the Player via their Account dashboard. gz777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

4.4 Unclaimed Balances. If an Account remains inactive (no login, bet, deposit, or withdrawal) for a continuous period of 12 months, gz777 may classify it as dormant. Dormant Account holders will be notified at their registered email address before any administrative fee is applied. gz777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration charge of ৳200 to dormant Accounts, deducted from the available Balance, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the gz777 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: No bet is valid or binding until it has been accepted and confirmed by the gz777 system with a unique bet reference number displayed to the Player. Bets placed in error before receiving such confirmation are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types and are displayed at the point of bet placement. gz777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts or specific markets at its sole discretion.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or human error resulting in a bet being accepted at an obviously incorrect price or on erroneous terms, gz777 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account. gz777 will not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on a manifestly incorrect price.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket bets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test and ODI series — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Matches abandoned due to weather or other external circumstances will be settled according to the applicable market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Casino and Slot Games: All casino titles and slot games available on gz777 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of all game rounds is determined solely by the RNG system. gz777 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from the inherent variance of RNG-based games.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results are final once the game round is completed and confirmed by the dealer and the game management system. Disputes regarding live dealer game outcomes must be raised with gz777 support within 24 hours of the game round in question.

gz777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer documentation:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for any bonus credited to a gz777 Account is 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
• Bonuses credited to your Account have a default validity period of 14 calendar days from the date of credit, unless a different validity period is stated in the specific offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited.
• gz777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by eligible Players in good faith.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Players found to be sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise exploiting bonus structures through collusion, multi-accounting, or any systematic strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse") will have their bonuses voided, their winnings forfeited, and their Accounts suspended.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers at any time by contacting gz777 support at [email protected]. This election is irrevocable for a minimum of 30 calendar days from the date of the opt-out request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gz777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one gz777 Account, whether under your own name or any alias, or facilitating the registration of an Account on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or any other communication with gz777.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by an individual under 21.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the Platform, whether as a participant, facilitator, or beneficiary.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip-dumping, signalling, and soft-play arrangements.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in any way not consistent with genuine human play.
• Using the gz777 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. gz777 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any gz777 software, game, or platform component.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or places an unreasonable load on the gz777 Platform infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks and unauthorised penetration testing.

All content on the gz777 Platform — including but not limited to the gz777 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, typography, iconography, software code, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of gz777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gz777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any gz777 content without express prior written authorisation from gz777.

Any unauthorised use of gz777 intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. gz777 actively monitors for unauthorised reproduction of its brand assets and Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gz777 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the gz777 Platform, including losses arising from connectivity failures, server downtime, game malfunctions, or inaccurate odds data.
• Any losses attributable to your reliance on information, statistics, tips, or third-party content accessed through or linked from the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any losses arising from the outcome of bets placed on sporting events or casino games, which are inherently uncertain and involve the risk of financial loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits gz777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law. gz777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their gz777 Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by gz777 is governed by the gz777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at gz777.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

gz777 collects and processes personal data including identification details, contact information, transaction records, and betting history for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, complying with anti-money laundering obligations, and delivering personalised platform experiences. All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection principles, including purpose limitation, data minimisation, and storage limitation.

Either party may terminate the player-platform relationship governed by these Terms at any time, subject to the following conditions:

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your gz777 Account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written Account closure request. Account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any confirmed real-money Balance (excluding forfeit Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe following the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by gz777. gz777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) gz777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity on your Account; (c) regulatory or legal requirements mandate Account closure; or (d) gz777 ceases to offer services to players in your jurisdiction. In cases of closure for breach, gz777 may forfeit your Account Balance at its discretion.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of gz777 in the jurisdiction in which it is registered. gz777 is a platform operating primarily for the entertainment of players in Bangladesh.

Any disputes between gz777 and a Player that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or through gz777's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. gz777's internal complaints process requires that a formal complaint be submitted in writing to [email protected] before any arbitration or legal proceedings may be initiated. gz777 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

gz777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions in whole or in part at any time. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at gz777.io/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date on which any material revision takes effect.

Where gz777 makes a material change to these Terms that adversely affects your rights as a Player, gz777 will provide at least 7 calendar days' prior notice via on-platform notification or email to your registered address before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the gz777 Platform after the stated effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
